Sister Wives’ fanbase has always been appreciative of Christine and Janelle. These best friends decided to ditch their polygamist husband after years of injustice. Now, they are thriving. Reports say that not only is Christine taking the matters to court to sue Kody Brown for custody, but Janelle has also decided to follow in her footsteps.
Christine wants to establish paternity and seeks child support for her youngest daughter, Truely, from ex-husband Kody Brown. At the same time, Janelle may have taken inspiration from her fellow sister wife.
She, too, has intentions of lawyering up to ensure the polygamist is able to buy her out of the Coyote Pass property. Let’s find out more about it.
Sister Wives: Janelle & Christine Finally Fighting Back After Years Of Growing Tensions After Split With Kody!
It’s not new to see Kody Brown resort to his malicious ways in Sister Wives. He did something similar when it was time for Christine to leave Utah with her youngest daughter, Truely, after splitting from Kody. He devised a creative lie to ensure he gets to spend time with her daughter. When Christine found out the truth, she was confused as regulated visitation was all she wanted.
Now, Christine is ready to take matters to court and also has a lawyer representing her in this custody battle for Truely. As for Janelle, she has been facing issues with her husband, too. She mentioned in the new season how Kody was unwilling to talk to her about the family’s Coyote Pass property as she wanted him to buy her out. She, too, wants to lawyer up for this cause.
Sister Wives: Christine Suing Kody For Truely’s Child Support! Janelle Lawyering Up For Coyote Pass
Christine is ready to battle it out with Kody Brown in the court. She wants child support for her youngest daughter Truely. As per the legal documents the Sister Wives matriarch also wants to establish paternity for her 14-year-old daughter. That’s because Kody Brown’s name is not in the birth certificate because of their spiritual marriage.
Apart from this, Christine also wants regular visitation rights for Kody and a “domestic relation injunction.” The latter order would prevent reality TV parents from things like harassing each other, engaging in domestic violence, changing or canceling services related to their children, taking the children on trips without permission from the court, speaking badly about each other, and so on.
As far as Janelle is concerned, she also voiced her concerns in the new episode of the show. She mentioned how Kody keeps refraining from having a conversation about the Coyote Pass property.
She wants him to buy him out, but he isn’t budging. At last, she concluded that she might have to “lawyer up” to get “any kind of decision” out of Kody Brown.
As of now, Jenelle has not yet announced if she has lawyered up against Kody or not. But she seemed very sure to go down that path if she wanted things regarding Coyote Pass to move forward.
