The Brown family of Sister Wives fame is coming to an end. Now that the Sister Wives Season 19 trailer is here, fans are preparing to watch the family part ways and live separate lives.
While Meri, Janelle, and Christine all seem confident in their decision to move on, Kody and Robyn are scrambling. In the new footage, Kody and Robyn even snap at each other, a totally uncommon feature of their marriage.
There is surely drama ahead in the upcoming season, but it seems like the original three wives will also find some closure and have a special farewell.
Sister Wives Season 19 Features Drama — And Some Nice Touches Too
Sister Wives fans around the world were shocked and delighted to see the explosive new trailer that dropped today. The last year has been incredibly difficult for the Brown family between the triple divorce and Garrison Brown’s tragic passing.
However, it does seem like there will be some happier elements too.
Although Christine and Janelle have been close friends for years, neither woman had a particularly positive relationship with Meri Brown. Both women can point to specific instances during the polygamy years where Meri really burned them.
But even so, everyone agrees it’s in Meri’s best interests to get away from Kody.
In the trailer, Janelle shares in a confessional that she thinks it will be great for Meri to leave.
In another scene, viewers can see Christine and Meri hugging it out, something no one ever thought possible.
Are The Women On Better Terms To This Day?
Fans would love to see the original three wives all get along, but it seems like there is still some tension and distance in the relationship.
As many fans likely recall, Christine Brown did not invite Meri to her wedding. Janelle and Meri’s lengthy bitter history will likely prevent them from totally reconciling anytime soon. But at the very least, no one seems to be enemies with each other.
By all accounts, it seems like Christine and Janelle are still best friends. Their lives, children, and grandchildren keep them incredibly busy, however.
Since Garrison passed away, Janelle has been spending more time in North Carolina with her grandchildren. Meanwhile, Christine and David Woolley are adjusting to life in their first year of marriage. The women likely keep in touch and chat often — fans just might not know about every little interaction.
