General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, October 17, reveals that Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) insisted on entering the Quartermaine mansion and tried to warn Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) that she was headed for disaster.
Sasha acted like Holly had done a pretty good job of abandoning her so far and was just glad her nana had taken her in.
Although Holly acknowledged that she’d failed Sasha as a mother, she was trying to help her now and pushed her not to get more involved with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
Holly eventually blurted out that Cody was Sasha’s cousin, but Sasha didn’t believe her.
Once Holly explained that Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) was Sasha’s father, Sasha was skeptical of that news, too.
Despite Holly’s excuses for all her secrets, Sasha assumed her latest revelation was some sort of con and wanted no part of it.
Holly urged Sasha to see that she was telling the truth, but Sasha didn’t want Holly in her life and warned her to stay away from Cody as she stormed out.
In the stables, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) told Cody about Sasha asking Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) for money and gave him a chance to spill his side of the Serenity story.
Cody opened up about his dream of running a ranch there, but he didn’t want Tracy thinking she was exploiting him for his money.
Although Tracy seemed willing to give it, Cody maintained that if this dream came true, it’d be because he figured things out on his own.
Afterward, Tracy saw Sasha exiting the front mansion door looking upset, so she quizzed Holly about what happened.
Holly didn’t spill anything and acted like she was just popping in after helping to bring Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) home.
Holly also mentioned Cody being Mac Scorpio’s (John J. York) son, but Tracy warned that he wasn’t her concern and still seemed suspicious of her presence there.
Back with Sasha, she found Cody and planted a big kiss on him. Cody got a bit handsy, so Sasha pumped the brakes and rushed out claiming she’d forgotten a souffle.
Once Sasha was alone on Thursday’s GH episode, she looked pensive as she mulled over Holly’s updates.
In Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) office, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) showed up to discuss Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) relationship struggles.
There were concerns about TJ and Molly’s romance not surviving if Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) got Ava Jerome (Maura West) off the hook.
Even so, Jordan was adamant that Molly and TJ had to figure out for themselves if they could make it as a couple.
At the Port Charles Grill, Ric had dinner with Ava and hinted about a strategy he wasn’t ready to reveal yet.
Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) eventually appeared and approached their table to launch a confrontation.
Ric pushed Kristina’s buttons and added to her anger, so she made a very public scene and smacked a glass out of his hand.
By the end of it, Ric’s lip was bleeding while Kristina had the whole restaurant focused on her payback promises.
Alexis dragged Kristina out of there moments later and warned that she was fueling Ric’s defense strategy by looking like the aggressor here.
Meanwhile, Ava realized that Ric arranged that run-in with Kristina and planned for her to blow up in front of witnesses. Ric made a prediction about breaking Kristina on the stand in exactly the same way.
At home, Molly opened up to TJ about her fears that Kristina would tank the case against Ava, but she planned to offset her sister’s outburst with her own calmer testimony.
TJ and Molly were on the same page about Ava needing to pay for what she’d done.
At Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) place, they told Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) about Sam being a donor match.
Rocco hugged Sam when he found out she’d be the one to save Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) and praised Dante for coming through on his promise to find another donor.
Danny was thrilled for Rocco, but Scout seemed concerned over whether Sam would be OK after the surgery.
Sam and Dante reassured Scout, who suggested a big party to celebrate once the transplant was a success.
Danny, Rocco, Scout, Sam and Dante all came together for a group hug, which was heartbreaking since General Hospital spoilers say Sam’s grim fate is just around the corner!
