General Hospital spoilers reveal Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) will reunite with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) this week as she heads back from her search for him with relief in her heart that he is not only okay, but home to potentially save his little sister’s life.
But that’s where the relief could come to a screeching halt. Everyone has been banking on Lucky being the best possible match, but rumor has it this liver transplant isn’t going to go as expected.

Laura has been reeling with grief ever since the moment she got the call from Lulu’s doctor at the long-term care facility that something was wrong with her. Learning that she needed a liver transplant to survive rocked Laura to her core.
Immediately, she assumed Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) would be their easiest option to manage Lulu’s liver failure, but finding out quickly that he wasn’t a viable match left her crippled. She knew finding Lucky wouldn’t be easy. But now that he’s home, she may be able to breathe again. Maybe.
