General Hospital Spoilers: Gio Suspects Jason Is Bio Dad – Old Drew Photo Causes Confusion?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) had an interesting reaction when he spotted Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) in GH’s June 12 episode. After Gio recalled seeing Jason at the wedding, he admitted to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) that Jason seemed familiar from somewhere else as well.

Josslyn suggested that Gio might’ve seen Jason’s photo at the Quartermaine mansion since he used to be a Q, so there’s a lot to unpack here.
