General Hospital Spoilers exclaim Port Charles is less safe than ever with Pikeman running around firing shots and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) still struggling to defend himself against an unknown enemy. Rumors are circulating that someone’s life will be at risk next week in Port Chuck, but it’s anyone’s guess who it may be.
There are some obvious guesses we could make, and some that aren’t so clear yet. Regardless of who it turns out to be, a few key people could find themselves in harm’s way, and it’ll rock the entire town when the news surfaces.

The most obvious option here is that Police Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is going to venture down a dangerous path she can’t easily get herself out of.
Fiddling around with Pikeman is the last place Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) wanted her to be, but Anna just couldn’t help herself.
She has been bent on figuring out how Valentin is involved with Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) and Pikeman — never imagining that he was the top dog in the mix.
Now, as she prepares to use Valentin’s feelings for her against him in an attempt to coax out the truth, she may be blind to how attuned Valentin is to her plan.
Will she and/or Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) become collateral damage in his effort to see Pikeman’s plans through?

Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) has been in the clear for several years, apart from a few bouts with a broken heart — one of those times due to Anna, but more so due to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). But now he’s struggling with the kind of grief that can’t really be blamed on anyone.
He can’t shut down the relationship with his father, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) — it’s already over. His death has left a gaping hole in Finn’s world, right down to the apartment they shared. Now, Finn is struggling with a relapse into addiction.
While he thinks he’s committed to staying the course with sobriety, rumor has it he may end up behind the wheel or worse soon while under the influence — and it could lead to a cascade of events that steal any bit of joy he has left.

While Pikeman has been after Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for a while, the biggest threat to his well-being right now is himself. Not having been on his proper dose of medication for months, Sonny has no idea that he’s truly as out of control as he seems to everyone.
Friends and family remain concerned for his safety, but Sonny sees all of them as irrational and trying to control him.
As he continues to make moves without any regard for how icing people out of his life might blow back on him, Sonny could find his entire life upended, and it won’t have anything to do with Pikeman.
