General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Provides Incriminating Audio Recording Of John, Sonny’s Final Blow

General Hospital spoilers report Ava Jerome (Maura West) is already starting to question her alliance with Special FBI Agent John ‘Jagger’ Cates (Adam Harrington).

She just wasn’t comfortable with the level of excitement he displayed in laying out his plan to capture Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) and turning the tables on her — leaving Ava as the victim in Kristina’s alleged assault and attempted murder.

Ava still allowed Cates to leave her gallery with his plan in mind and ready to hatch. She may not have realized how quickly he was going to put those wheels in motion, but now that they are, she could buckle under pressure as the right people come by to apply it.

General Hospital Spoilers — Trina Makes A Solid Case

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) has been in Ava’s corner for years, but that friendship could come to a close soon if Ava doesn’t play her cards right. Still, when Trina stopped by Ava’s jail cell after her arrest, it was obvious that she needed to hear it from the horse’s mouth that she was innocent.

Having seen Ava standing at the broken window that Kristina fell from was enough to rattle Trina and make her question if everything she had heard about Ava over the years might be true.

Now, she may come back around to that line of questioning when she gets wind of Ava being complicit in having Kristina arrested. Will seeing the way Trina looks at her be enough to make Ava reconsider her alliance with Cate?

GH Spoilers – Tease Sonny Corinthos Presents A Tempting Offer

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is also going to make a pit stop to talk to Ava this week, and the fans may be stunned to hear the offer he places on the table.

Right now, it may look like Cates is out of bounds going after Kristina and truly reaching for an excuse to, but if the judge comes down on Cates’ side, Sonny could start to panic that this isn’t going to be as easy to fix as he had hoped.

Given that Kristina was the one to show up at Ava’s hotel suite that day, the court may struggle to prove who was truly at fault, and it could look like Kristina provoked the entire exchange.

Reading the room, Sonny could try to compromise with Ava where custody of Avery Corinthos (Grace Scarola) is concerned — if she will refuse to cooperate with Agent Cates. Will she take the deal?

We’re seeing John pressure Ava on things – and that pressure could come back to haunt him if he’s not careful.

Since Ava has a habit of making phone recordings, another one could come in handy here. Ava might secretly record John and use it to show he was coercing her into being his pawn.

If Ava plays this just right, she can look like John’s victim and claim she felt forced to lie, change the crime scene and so much more.

It may seem like big bad John was controlling Ava this whole time.

Since it appears Ava will strike a deal with Sonny soon, he may also be on board with that plan.

Sonny’s priority has become getting rid of “Jagger,” so that could mean negotiating with Ava and getting her help to make it happen.

Will Ava sink John with an incriminating recording at some point? Will Ava prove Agent Cates’ illegal Sonny tactics and make him the villain of the story?
