Jane elliot ~ our Tracy Q – Deserves another Emmy ! She is knocking it out of the park!
In Friday’s General Hospital, Violet discovers something she should have never seen with Finn as his alcoholism gets worst. Tracy gets involved and fans applauded the actor Janet Elliot work in this episode
Finn’s drinking problem reached a new low on General Hospital.
Violet found her father passed out drunk on the floor of their apartment with a bleeding cut from his hands.
She took his phone, saw the missed calls from Tracy and called Tracy in a panic that her Dad was dead. Tracy called 911 and let young Violet know that she would be there.
Tracy came through and found an unconscious Finn and a scared Violet. The paramedics then came and go over to Finn.
Violet didn’t want to leave her dad and said she’s been gone long enough. She was previously at a playdate with Maxie’s children.
Tracy reassured Violet that her dad will be fine and it’s not the same thing as what happened to her late grandpa Greg. Tracy told Violet she will take her to her Uncle Chase.
Violet still didn’t want to go but after some more assurances from Tracy, she left with Tracy as they head to Chase.
Tracy told Chase what happened and got choked up recounting Violet’s little terrified face.
Tracy let Chase know she was going to handle Finn when he wakes up. Chase said he feels he is failing his brother. Tracy let him know he isn’t but that she can say things to Finn that he cannot.
Tracy also offered to Chase for violet to stay with her since she has the space.
Throughout the episode, fans were praising Jane Elliot who plays Tracy on the show for her performances in this episode.
Jane has been playing Tracy on and off since 1978 on the soap. One fan on the GH Reddit thread for Friday’s episode wrote: “Putting this out there now, Jane Elliot DESERVES an Emmy for the work she’s done today! I hope she submits a reel with her scenes! Also, too many commercials! This is the first time in a while when I’ve been impatient for the show to return.” A second fan said: “Jane Elliot for the win!”

Tracy came back to check up on Finn and tried to wake him up. Finn stayed unconscious and Tracy took evidence of the scene: him on the couch drunk, the broken glass, and the blood smear.
As she is taking the photos on her food, she gets emotional. She got Finn to wake by putting something under his nose from his medical bag.
Finn asked where was Violet and Tracy responded, “She’s gone and she’s not coming back.”
