Secret Leaked ! Kody & Robyn Brown HOME AT RISK FORECLOSURE AS LEGAL ISSUES | Sister wives season 19
The TLC stars first listed the property for $1.65 million at the end of August
Kody and Robyn Brown have taken their Flagstaff, Ariz. home off the market just a little over a month after they first listed it.
The property was first offered for $1.65 million on Aug. 29, PEOPLE previously reported. It was officially removed on Tuesday, Oct. 8, according to property records shared by Realtor.com.
Spread across 4,395 square feet, the home boasts unique amenities like a heated driveway, two laundry rooms, and an extra-large garage equipped with a “drive thru.” The five-bedroom, four-bathroom abode also sits on four acres backing a national forest.
Justin Bemis of Coldwell Banker held the listing.
Robyn is the only wife left in the once plural marriage with Kody. In December 2023, she expressed how she felt “abandoned” by her former sister wives for leaving.
Christine Brown shocked fans by being the first to leave the plural marriage in November 2021. One year later, Janelle Brown announced her separation from Kody, followed by Meri Brown’s confirmation that her 32-year marriage to Kody was over.
During a Sunday, Sept. 22 episode of Sister Wives, Janelle explained the complicated situation involving the Flagstaff plot that she shares with her fellow sister wives and Kody.
“I have this piece in Flagstaff; well I don’t know if I really have it because it’s not paid off yet,” Janelle told her daughter Maddie during the episode. “The note is due in about six months and they keep asking your dad, and he’s like, ‘I’m not going to make a plan ‘til blah.’”
She then shared how the plot was divided.
“The first two-acre lot right now is Kody and I; the second two-acre lot is Kody and Robyn; the third is a four-acre lot and it’s Meri, myself and Kody; and then the five-acre lot — because Christine quit — is Kody and Robyn,” she said.
Janelle later confided in Christine about the possibility of having Kody “buy her out” for her portion of the land. She adds that either way, she needs to take action when it comes to what’s rightfully hers.
“If Kody’s not willing to buy me out, then I’m going to have to do something with it. But we’ve got to pay it off and he’s not talking to me about it,” Janelle said. “So I think I’m going to have to lawyer up, because I think that’s the only way I’m ever going to get any kind of decision out of him.”
Kody and Robyn have not disclosed their reason for taking the property off the market.
