Pullos was a child actor when she joined General Hospital in 2009. She played the role through 2023, completing nearly 500 episodes.
However, in April 2023, she was arrested for driving the car wrongly on a freeway eventually leading to a crash with another car in Pasadena, Calif.
Initially, she escaped the scene, but then was found to be guilty of driving under alcohol influence. Following the crash, she suffered major injuries alongside the driver whose vehicle she crashed with.
Furthermore, she surrendered herself and served a total of 90 days in county jail. This unfortunate incident led to the makers announcing her exit from the show.
According to People, Pullos was recently spotted in an orange jumpsuit and awaiting the judge’s final verdict on her sentencing.
Her lawyer Melnick revealed that she will be released from jail and will continue her counseling. “Haley was sentenced to probation with 90 days county jail with time served, a nine-month DUI program, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) program and continuing private counseling,” he said.
With her recent release, fans are eager to know if she will replace the current actress Vaganos in Molly’s role. However, the makers have given no official verdict on Molly’s casting changes.
